Organic Borlotti Beans

Our organic line stands for its certified reliability and high quality. All products come from organic cultivations that do not use chemical fertilisers or other synthetic products.
Borlotti beans have a reddish brown colour, with red stripes and rich taste. They are excellent in soups or in traditional pasta and beans. You can also add them in summer salads for a lighter, tastier version. They require 12 hours of soaking before cooking.
