Lamon Beans have a round shape and a light ivory/pink color with brilliant red stripes. Being bigger in shape than Borlotti Beans, Lamon Beans are considered to be of the highest quality. With their unmistakable thin, tender skin and delicate flavour and creamy texture, they are excellent in salads and ideal for soups, pasta with beans, risotti or as a side dish.
