Our wildflower honey comes from different types of flowers. When it is extracted from the honeycombs it is in a liquid state, then with the passage of time and the lowering of temperature it can crystallise due to the presence of glucose among the sugars in the honey and to entirely natural chemical-physical processes that do not alter the product’s properties in any way. Generally richer in fructose than in glucose, it is excellent for breakfast and snacks, while in cooking it is recommended on fresh cheese and fruit salad.
